I have a separate login account and an admin default account with a 16 digit password. My advice is to use the search button in device manager and load your passwords through the app.

Took a couple tries but finally accepted password and we're all connected now. Would've been easier had I set up passwords through the app.
When you go to playback it doesn't matter what time range you select it will always give you the whole day. When you form sideways all of the menu options are not available.
The playback feature doesn't have fast forward and reverse options, you have to jump to a time and hope something is there.
The app sends your password in clear text unprotected when you log in so don't use a password you use somewhere else. Live view zoom works well, the HD view rarely works even on the same network. Works ok if you just want to view your live cameras. We have had a lot of unusual activity in my neighborhood lately and plenty of people breaking into neighbors homes, shops and garages. They are the best form of back up I am thinking I may just throw this camera set in the trash and buy ring flood light cameras for outside it will kill 2 birds with one stone add extra lighting and cameras on those angles also. I have tried every step to get them working again and nothing no response for over 3 months now thank God I have ring doorbells also. I have unplugged them plugged them back in reset Wi-Fi router in plugged network cable and plugged it back in. Now every time I log on and try to check cameras it tells me cameras offline. I have had this app for a while and it seems to be nothing but problems. My 3 issues with the system is the app is very slow to update to real time, the camera cables are not up protected, so you must run them though conduit where they are exposed to direct sunlight. In fairness, the camera cable may have been slightly damaged during installation. I have the 8 camera system, 7 work perfectly,1 has a very slight flutter.
